CAREER CATALYST RESEARCH GRANTS (CCR) Grants funded by Komen provide the preparation necessary to compete for independent funding as an established and successful breast cancer researcher. CCR Grants provide unique opportunities for scientists who have held faculty positions for no more than five years by the Application due date (October 17, 2018). Provide education to breast cancer survivors, their families, and advocates on life after or with cancer, including the “transition phase” from active treatment to survivorship.
